Alexander Trevino

Alexander Trevino (born 1981 Great Falls, Montana, raised out of Montague, Michigan) and is an American professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter. He was cast a member of former UFC champion, Frank Shamrock‘s reality series, “School of Hard Knocks” and was part of the Shamrock Submission fighting team until December 2009.

Biography
Trevino graduated from Montague high school in Montague, Michigan, in 1999. While in high school he won a state medal in wrestling and trained boxing Lane’s gym in Muskegon. He also trained Ju-jitsu at White Lake Combat Club in Michigan under head instructor Frank Bumstead. Trevino holds an amateur record of 5-1 before attending the reality show “School of Hard Knocks”. Trevino moved to San Jose, California to train with Shamrock Submission fight team until December 2009.
Strikeforce
Trevino made his professional debut on the undercard against Gennaro Strangis at Strikefroce Young Guns III, where he won by unanimous decision. It was the 4th fight on the card. Trevino fights in his trademark pink shorts in all three of his professional matches.
Personal life
Having finished High School, Trevino did not attend college and peruse wrestling because of problems with his adhd.[1] Trevino had troubles with the law and was later incarcerated for trafficking marijuana and pleaded guiltily and received two years of probation. Trevino took his skills and signed up for the “School of the Hardknocks” reality TV show which featured impoverished young men looking to become fighters.
