The gym offers a wide range of amenities, including personal training, martial arts classes, a treatment room, a sauna and ice bath, and a coffee and protein bar. It operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday, providing ample flexibility for its members to train at their convenience.
